The Online Help Desk provides immediate information and answers for students, and it is accessible while you are taking your course. Helpful information, aided by images and in-depth text, provides you with instructions on how to use the software in all eCollege.com courses.

Complete a computer check and fill out an online tech survey
To prepare for the live Internet broadcasts, we need each student to complete a computer check and to fill out an online technology survey. Please complete our online tech survey as soon as possible! This survey will walk you through a quick check of your computer's capability to handle chat, video, and web browsing simultaneously. It will also ask you to give us information about your computer system and your Internet connection that will help us give better technical support. And finally, the survey will ask you to give us a contact phone number where the professor can reach you for phone conversations during a live class session.
